Albert Virgili Fort (born 12 February 1983 in Tarragona, Catalonia) is a Spanish footballer who plays for UD Llagostera in the Spanish third division, as a striker.
After emerging through local Gimnàstic de Tarragona's youth ranks, Virgili was promoted to the first team for 2001–02, but did not make any Segunda División appearances for the club—the season also ended in relegation—going on to resume his career in the lower leagues. In 2006, he returned to his native Catalonia and joined Pobla de Mafumet CF, Nàstic's farm team.
In March 2011, Virgili signed a contract with Gimnàstic, being a emergency replacement to severely injured Borja Viguera. His first match for the club occurred on 2 April, coming from the bench for Berry Powel in a 1–1 home draw against CD Tenerife.[1]
At the end of the season, Virgili was released and signed with neighbouring UD Llagostera, in Segunda División B.
